We stand behind the quality of our furniture, but returns and refunds are subject to specific conditions to ensure fairness for both our customers and our team.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
1. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Scenarios (Non-Product Issues)
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons unrelated to product quality, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dislike of style, color, or size (that matches the product description on the website)
- Incorrectly estimated fit for your space
2. Eligible Scenarios (Product-Related Issues)
You may apply for a return or refund if the product has:
- Manufacturing defects (e.g., cracked wood, loose joints, faulty hardware)
- Damage during shipping (please provide photos of the damage and packaging within 48 hours of receipt)
- Incorrect items (e.g., receiving a different model/color than ordered)
For eligible cases, we will cover all round-trip shipping costs and offer either a full refund, a replacement, or store credit (per your preference).
Special Condition: Return for "Dislike" (Customer-Initiated)
If you still wish to return an item solely because you don’t like it (and the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition), you must:
- Submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Bear the full round-trip shipping costs (including the cost to ship the item back to our warehouse and any logistics fees associated with the return).
- Ensure the item is not damaged during return transit (we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is damaged upon receipt).
Return & Refund Process
- Submit a Request: Email our customer service team at dengfengzaoji2025@hotmail.com with your order number, photos of the item (if applicable), and a detailed reason for the return.
- Review & Confirmation: We will review your request within 2-3 business days and confirm eligibility. For customer-initiated "dislike" returns, we will share the return address and shipping cost estimates.
- Ship the Item Back: For eligible returns, ship the item (with original packaging) to the address provided. Please include your order number in the package.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item (3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will process the refund or replacement. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
Important Notes
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable (unless there is a product defect).
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, assembled (unless damaged during assembly due to product defects), or had their original packaging removed.
